Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.172 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon an order of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 30.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22695 of 2021, by which similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
