JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is to have assaulted and killed daughter of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 21.6.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioners. After 16 years of marriage the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place. There is no direct evidence against the petitioners of assault.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. In absence of the husband of the deceased, they had committed the murder of the deceased and the same is supported by paras-7, 8 and 9 of the case diary. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am

Any how, the court below is directed to take necessary steps to expedite the trial in connection with Bathnaha P. S. Case no. 150 of 2015 and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
