"(1) That this application is being filed for quashing the order of the Collector, Gaya vide Memo No.367 (Panchayati) Gaya dated 24/02/16 whereby the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked and one increment has been withheld besides subsistence allowance, nothing has been ordered to be paid by way of salary and other monetary benefits during the period of suspension including the period of custody."

The petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13207 of 2016(2) dt.14-09-2017 2/2 appellate authority in terms of Rule 23 of Bihar CCA Rules, 2005 under the statute within a period of 45 days. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
