Petitioners are in custody connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 688 of of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a)/32(ii)/34(ii)/38(ii) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is recovery of 25.290 of liters of liquor.

The petitioners are in custody since 11.12.2019. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners,

No.6441 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 688 of 2019.
