The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from in front of a petrol pump. The petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt before the police. Save and except confession there is no material against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sharad Chandra Kumar, the learned Ist Class Magistrate, Nawada in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2015.
