JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks promotion on the post of District Prosecution Officer w.e.f. the date of vacancy i.e. 23.11.2013 as still there are 12 posts vacant on which the petitioner can be promoted since he is the senior most Sub-Divisional Prosecution Officer posted at Bihar Sharif, Nalanda.

In view of the prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to file a representation for redressal of his aforesaid grievances before the respondent no.4 within four weeks from today and the respondent no.4 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within four

Patna High Court CWJC No.631 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 weeks thereafter with due communication of the said order to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
