One country-made pistol, one live cartridge and one empty cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that police implicated the petitioner in this false case at the instigation of one Md. Mokim.

Though petitioner carries criminal antecedent but considering the facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria.
