"(i) Respondent No. 3 the Principal Secretary, Department of Revenue and Land Reforms, Govt. of Bihar be directed to disposed off the Land Ceiling Appeal No.01 of 2015 (Gaya), accordance with law within a stipulated time, which is pending for adjudication since long within a period of three months.
