The petitioner Lakshman Sahni seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 02/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is lodged against unknown persons that they have stolen the motorcycle of the informant bearing registration no. BR 31f 0902. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, Arjun Sahni confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner. Save and except the confession of the coaccused, the police did not collect any further evidence. The petitioner is in jail since 22.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41097 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Akhilesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 02/2015.
