The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raushanganj (Bankebazar) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 326, 307,302, 353, 414, 332, 333, 121(A), 122 and 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 26, 27(3) and 35 of the Arms Act, Sections 16(1) (a), 20 and 38 of the U.A.P. Act, Section 17 of C.L.A. Act and Section 3,4 of the Explosive Substances Act.
This Court had called for a report from the learned court below vide order dated 02.03.2022 and a report dated 11.03.2022 has been placed before this Court, sent by the learned S.D.J.M. Sherghati, Gaya, vide letter dated 11.03.2022,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7510 of 2022(3) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 a bare perusal whereof, shows that at present, the connected case is at the stage of appearance of the accused persons and all endeavour is being made for concluding the trial at the earliest. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail, after framing of charge by the learned court below qua the petitioner herein.
Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
