The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have teased the daughter of the informant and assaulted son of the informant. It is submitted that some altercation took place. Petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2015.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
