The claim raised in the instant writ proceedings is to revise the Assured Career Progression of the petitioners and to fix their salary in light of the recommendation made by the 06th and 07th Pay Revision Commission. Application in this regard has been made before Respondent No 3. Copy is Annexure 1 to the writ petition.

Since the claim is yet to be considered by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2940 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Authority, this Court is not required to adjudicate any issue for the present. Pendency of the writ proceedings would be futile. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to Respondent No 3 to dispose of the claim of the petitioners by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and pay the arrears of salary, if found due and admissible within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
