JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 Having regard to the statements made in paras 8 to 11, which are quoted below, the opposite parties have admitted payment of admitted dues to the petitioner in compliance of the direction of the writ court.

"8. That the final pension of the petitioner has been granted vide PPO No. - 201211081260 dated 03.01.2014 for Rs.

8825/-.

9. That the final gratuity of the petitioner has been granted vide GPO No.

Patna High Court MJC No.86 of 2018(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 201211081260G1 dated 03.01.2014.

10. That the amount of unutilized earned leave amounting Rs. 203200/- and difference amounting Rs. 12800/- has been paid on dated 15.05.2010 and 09.12.2011.

11. That the Group Insurance amounting Rs.

38565 has been paid on date 11.07.2010."

Considering the above, no indulgence is required. The present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of.
