JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with sadar P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019, registered under Sections 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26(ii) & 35 Arms Act was added.

There is recovery of one loaded pistol and three live cartridge from the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is non-compliance of the Cr.P.C and he is in custody since 13.06.2019, charge sheet has already been submitted. Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
