The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name surfaced in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused British Yadav. Save and except confessional statement of coaccused, the police did not collect any further evidence against him.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
