The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 312 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody for having suspected of conspiring to kill the deceased. There is no evidence to connect her with the crime.
