JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 384, 386 and other allied sections of the Penal Code in Khagaria P.S. Case No. 252 of 2015 which arose from a complaint case.

The petitioner submits that he is aged about 75 years and the instant case is a counter blast to the earlier case filed by his son. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegations that the accused snatched Rs.5070/- from the informant.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Kedar Bhagat is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.252 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
