According to learned counsel while dismissing the C.W.J.C. No. 18305 of 2015 by the order dated 24.6.2016 this court wrongly observed that title appeal has been restored but in fact miscellaneous case was allowed and another miscellaneous case was registered.

Perused the order dated 4.7.2015. It appears by the said order dated 4.7.2015 passed by the Additional District JudgeIV Begusarai, in Misc. Case No. 01 of 2003 the said Misc. case was allowed and Misc. Case No. 21 of 1984 was restored to its original file and not the title appeal.

If the Misc. case will be allowed again then only title appeal will be restored. Therefore, it appears that wrong

Patna High Court C. REV. No.353 of 2016 (2) dt.18-11-2016 2/2 observation was made that title appeal has been restored in the order dated 24.6.2016 passed by this court. Accordingly, the order dated 24.6.2016 stand corrected to the extent indicated above. This review application thus stand allowed.
