2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2645(C)/2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 of IPC.
3. The complainant made allegation that the petitioner, on the pretext of selling his land, cheated Rs. 2,51,000/- from him.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The entire allegations are false. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent whereas the complainant has five criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7052 of 2025(5) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 antecedents. He has also submitted that there is no evidence at all regarding payment of money by the complainant.
5. Despite repeated calls, none appeared on behalf of the complainant (O.P. No. 2).
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 2645(C)/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
