The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons is that they persuaded the informant to handover money to them for running a business. The petitioner received Rs. 60,000/- from the informant but the petitioner did not return the same. It is submitted that the petitioner did not persuade anybody to give money to her. The informant handed over money in presence of the husband of the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady and she is in jail since 12.05.2015.

Learned counsel for the informant, however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

It appears that it has nowhere come that the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Kadwa P.S. Case No. 176 of 2014. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
