NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Account General, Bihar, Patna. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 stating therein that all steps have been taken regarding payment of family pension, death cum post retirement benefit, gratuity and other post retiral benefits of the petitioner's husband and all formalities have been completed and draft for the same has been sent to the district record room for necessary action.
In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the State, this writ application is disposed of with
Patna High Court CWJC No.7295 of 2018(3) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 a direction to pay all sanctioned dues as stated in the counter affidavit within a period of five weeks from today and for any other remaining dues, the petitioner will file representation before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur ( Respondent No.
