JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 12-04-2023 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking consideration of two representations produced as Annexure-1 and 2 dated 11.09.2015 and 13.06.2020 respectively. There is indicated a series of representations produced as Annexure-3 which are also dated long back, almost more than a year and above. The petitioner's grievance also seems to be the water logging at Mashaurhi in Patna District in an unscientific manner

Patna High Court CWJC No.4430 of 2023 dt.12-04-2023 2/2 in which drains and roads were constructed. We are of the opinion that the petitioner has approached this Court with belated claims and if there is any subsisting complaint, the petitioner would be entitled to approach the District Collector who shall carry out an inspection through a Revenue Officer authorised by him and take permissible and possible corrective steps, if the allegation is found to be true. The writ petition is disposed of as above, making it clear that we have not made any observation on merits. (K.
