1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(1), 115(1), 352, 351(1), 351(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of the BNS as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being the mother and aunt of Sumit Kumar. It is further submitted that Sumit Kumar had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 8017 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 06.03.2025. It is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8403 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 next submitted that the case of the petitioners is on a better footing.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the order dated 06.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8017 of 2025, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 337 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
