2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "(A) In the nature of Certiorari for the quashing auction dated 04.03.2018 published in Hindustan dainik by President Bhartiya Krishi Anusandhan Sansthan Zinal Center, Patna.

(B) In the nature of Mandamus for the issue of direction order or orders commanding the respondent to settle the Jakar with petition-co-operative Society.

(C) For any other relief or reliefs as fit and proper."

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that with the passage of time, the matter has become infructuous and it was the advertisement that was challenged and thereafter, lots of water has flown down the Ganges.
