JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 1049 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 11 of Bihar and Bengal Gambling Act and Section 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per FIR petitioner was arrested in intoxicating condition while playing gambling along with other accused persons.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than one month and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.
