Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 202 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are the relatives of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. The petitioners are separate in residence and
