This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Konchi P.S. Case No. 468 of 2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 84 litre of Indian made foreign liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7147 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Gaya in connection with Konchi P.S. Case No. 468 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Konchi police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
