The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim was in love with Guddu Kumar. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27478 of 2015, but unfortunately the petitioner was arrested prior to disposal of the case. The petitioner is in jail since 24.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Sahar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015.
