JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019 for the offence under Section 304 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that due to their negligence the husband of the informant died. He was an electrician and petitioners have hired him for repair of the electronic fault in the water pumping set.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the death occurred due to electric

No.7318 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 shock, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magisgtrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
