The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Md. Aftab from whose possession the looted mobile was recovered. No looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on test identification parade and he is in custody since 27.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
