2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023 dated 18.02.2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 395 and 397 of the I.P.C. and later on Section 412 of the I.P.C. was added.
3. As per the prosecution case, 3-4 unknown miscreants are alleged to have snatched the bag of the informant containing Rs. 95,000/- and they also transferred Rs. 8500/- from his phone pay.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7461 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/3 this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the present case on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused persons, who were arrested by the police. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has four criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2024. The co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 27.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24629 of 2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023, with the condition:- (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable
