The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has been made accused by co-accused Rajesh Sah, who was apprehended with stolen Scorpio vehicle. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged Scorpio vehicle or with said garage. As a matter of fact, co-accused Rajesh Sah, who is own bhagina of this petitioner, was demanding share in the property since long and due to this reason, he has falsely implicated this petitioner in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.
