JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, petitioner was trustee of the concerned society against whom, there is allegation of cheating but admittedly, having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by learned court below itself and the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected only on the ground that he was absconding since institution of the present case.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
