2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents to determine the compensation amount of the petitioner's land acquired for the construction of Patna-Buxar National Highway Corridor and payment thereof be made to the petitioner in accordance with law and/or pass such other order/orders for which the petitioner is entitled to."

3. The matter relates to acquisition of land for construction/widening of Patna-Buxar National Highway.

4. The claim is that the lands have been taken without

5. Learned State counsel as also learned counsel representing the NHAI submits that he should have approached the respondent no. 3, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna alongwith all the documents.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be doing so in next four weeks.

7. If such petition is filed, after hearing the parties, the concerned respondent shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

8. Since the petitioner is a widow, it is expected that he shall be disposing of the matter as early as possible and not after 31.03.2026.

9. If there is any dispute relating to the title and the matter has been referred to the Civil Court, the respondent no. 3, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna shall be incorporating the said facts while disposing of the petition.

10. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
