2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019, lodged on 08.09.2019 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, FIR has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioner. The allegation against the present petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant on his head with iron rod due to which the informant suffered injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9344 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/3 also submits that the injury report has been annexed as Annexure-2 by which it transpires that injuries are simple in nature. Counsel further submits that with same allegation against three accused persons namely, Saurabh Kumar, Satyam Kumar and Gautam Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court vide orders dated 05.03.2020 and 06.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 2608 of 2020 and 76527 of 2019 respectively.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there are two criminal cases pending against him in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2023 in the present case.
6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.

8. However, the petitioner shall be granted bail only on being satisfied by the Trial Court that the petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases pending against him whose details are as follows:- (I)- Jaridih P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020.
(II)- Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019.
