It would appear from perusal of the first information report that there is dispute between the parties in respect of a pond and according to the prosecution case itself, none has sustained any firearm injury. Although petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking into consideration the above stated facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul in connection with Biraul P.S.Case No. 273 of 2015.
