The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 185 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case against the party and the occurrence took place on account of some petty dispute regarding digging of channel for passing rain water.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

No.39304 of 2014 (2) dt.15-05-2014 P2/2 order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.
