No interference is warranted with the order of the Learned Single Judge. If a demand has been raised by the Municipal Authority, the same can very well be assailed and challenged before an appropriate forum.

Pursuing remedy before the High Court will be a ground

If the appellant decides to move the Municipal Authority, they do have an obligation to adjudicate and decide the same. Appeal is dismissed.
