This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 16.12.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions JudgeV, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 in Cr. Revision No. 38 of 2020 by which bail bond of the petitioners has been cancelled.

It has been jointly submitted by learned counsel for the parties including learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 that in-compliance of the order granting bail, the maintenance of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8367 of 2022(4) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 Rs. 4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand Only) is being regularly paid to the opposite party no. 2. It has been further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there shall be no default in future.

Considering the aforesaid submission of the parties, this application is allowed. The petitioner shall remain on bail on the bail bonds furnished earlier.

Accordingly, the impugned order dated 16.12.2021 passed by A.D.J.-V, Gopalganj in Cr. Revision no. 38 of 2020 as well as revisional order dated 16.11.2019 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 in Cr. Revision No. 38 of 2020 are hereby quashed.
