The present application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 18.01.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86712 of 2019.

Submission is that in Cr. Misc. No. 86712 of 2019, in the prayer portion the Court to which satisfaction the bail bond was to be furnished has wrongly been typed as "the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani" in place of "the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bennipatti, Madhubani" due to that reason the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, also typed in order, dated 18.01.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86702 of 2019 whereunder the petitioner has been allowed the privilege of bail Let it in order, dated 18.01.2020, passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6372 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 No. 86712 of 2019 in last paragraph the work "Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani", be read as "the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bennipatti, Madhubani".

The order, dated 18.01.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86712 of 2019 by this Court is modified to the above extent only.
