====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 385 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is of assault to the deceased and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and others and rather is against co-accused Raju. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that considering the same other co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6920 of 2020 vide order dated 06.02.2020 and petitioners are in custody since 22.07.2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 385 of 2019, subject to condition that they will cooperate in disposal of trial.
