The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 338 of 2019 for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.11.2019. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of vehicle but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
