This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8,20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

390 Kgs. of Ganja was recovered from a truck and the petitioner has been named by co-accused as having been involved in illegal business of Ganja. The petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7373 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
