2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to extend the admissible remuneration, as has been accorded to other similarly situated persons, for her services as "Multi Purpose Lady Health Worker" and Polio Vaccinator since 2010.

3. Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, referring to the averments made in the writ petition, has contended that the petitioner herself admitted that she has been discharging her duty pursuant to the oral order by the concerned Civil Surgeon and neither the letter of engagement nor any

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the documents placed on record clearly demonstrate that time to time the petitioner has been assigned the work of "Multi Purpose Lady Health Worker" and Polio Vaccinator. Moreover, she has approached before the Civil Surgeon, Bhagalpur, Bihar, for redressal of her grievance, till date no order has been passed.

Considering the nature of grievance and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court thinks it appropriate to dispose off the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Civil Surgeon, Bhagalpur, by filing a fresh representation along with all the necessary documents in support of her claim.

6. In case, such a representation is filed, preferably within a period of four weeks' from today, the Civil Surgeon, Bhagalpur, shall oblige to consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order, within a further period of twelve weeks.

7. Suffice it to observe that in case the claim of the petitioner finds favour, for any of the period, necessary consequential order shall be passed, within the stipulated period.

8. The writ petition stands disposed off.
