2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 422 of 2024 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 882 of 2023, lodged on 02.12.2023, under Sections 457, 380, 436 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23668 of 2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail six months after framing of charge. Counsel further submits that in this case charge was framed on 07.03.2024 and six months has already been elapsed. Counsel also submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 04.12.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge 5th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sessions Trial No. 422 of 2024 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 882 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U T
