JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27/07/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63/64 of Copy Rights Act and under Sections 102 and 103 of Trade Mark Act. It is alleged that duplicate Gulocose-D of Dabour Company, in huge quantity, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery is from the joint family house. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Statement to this effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40428 of 2014 (3) dt.19-01-2015 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000./- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S.Case No. 319/2014.
