Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that one co-accused, Rahul Kumar was apprehended by the police just after the alleged occurrence and looted mobile and truck were recovered. The aforesaid Rahul Kumar confessed his guilt, disclosing the name of the petitioner and except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused, Rahul Kumar, there is no cogent material to show the involvement of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
