Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 341, 379, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry and Prohibition Act.

Allegation is under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete.

Considering the nature of dispute and future chances of settlement of dispute between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17814 of 2021(2) dt.10-08-2021 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Garkha Police Station Case No. 457 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
