This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to ensure proper investigation in Araria Police Station Case No. 826 of 2022, lodged for offence punishable under sections 363, 365 and 367 of the IPC, especially by the SIT or by the CBI, as till date police is unable to recover victim of the case.

WJC No.253 of 2023(2) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 9.9.2022, passed in Cr.W.C.No.153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh vs State of Bihar and others) and other analogous cases.

Since, similar issue has already been decided by a coordinate bench of this Court, this criminal writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
