Petitioner seeks bail in Rivilganj P.S. Case No.320 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. Informant has raised suspicion in the written report against Rizwan Ahmad and Sudhir Kr. Mishra of kidnapping his son. The police during investigation arrested one Bhanu Pratap Singh, who disclosed the name of this petitioner in his confessional statement before the police. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6792 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Rivilganj P.S.
